Feeling a bit disheartened at the moment. Apart from one very generous sponser for "Team Dri-Eaz" ( aka me and Paul!) I've had no sponsors at all and the only money I've made is through selling stuff on Ebay and Amazon (which actually adds up to about £180 so it's not bad I suppose!).
Also slightly panicking about the Ceilidh; I need to sell a lot more tickets to break even, let alone make a profit.
Still, tomorrow's another day!

Hi Sarah
ReplyDeleteThere's not time to be disheartened especially as you have some vacation coming, if I understand correctly. Also the weather is getting better by the day. In Paris last week and went with our kids to "Spamalot" with a lovely Franco/Inglesi rendering of "Always look on the Bright side of life" Good stuff.Real cheer you up mode.
If you and yours are travelling anywhere near our part of the woods do drop by (we've loads of room) and we can discuss these serious topics of fundraising and training in a civilised manner.(means with a decent glass of wine)
Bon courage and best regards, Francis and his better half Susie who brilliantly did les 40kms de Soussac yesterday.
Just found this posting!!
